There are two "versions" of the list to which you can subscribe:

Regular List:
The regular list is a "live list" which means you get the posts in your mailbox almost immediately as they're sent.  You could receive anything between 10 and 30 posts per day, depending on what's being discussed and what's happening in the world of Ipswich Town!    During crucial parts of the season the amount of email can increase substantially and during the close season it generally dies down to a trickle.

Digest List:
The Digest is a compiled version of the live list.  Posts are stored until they reach a reasonable quantity, and then get sent to you in one big email.  You'd usually receive one or two digests per day, again depending on how much is being posted at the time.
